College Hoops 2k11?

I just woke up with an absolutely had the most craziest idea when I woke up this morning. This idea my ruin the rest of my 3 day weekend. I'm going to create a draft class in NBA 2K11 to match my College Hoops 2k8 draft class. I'm not planning on simply copying names, numbers and schools I mean every detail. I also have a formula for draft position.

High School Awards = 5 points
Ex. High School all american =5

Small Confrence Awards = 10 points
Ex. Metro Alantic player of the year = 10

Mid Major Confrence Awards = 15 points
Ex. WAC player of the year = 15 pts

Power Confrence Awards = 20 pts
Ex. Big East player of the year = 20 pts

National Awards = 25 points
Players complete stat line = is calculated into one overall statistical rating
Ex. 12 .3 ppg x 10 reb x 2.7 ast x 1.5 blks x 0.7 stls - (2.1 to x2)/6=56.4

Potential = size + work ethic (hustle attribute) + durablity + offensive awareness + defensive awareness / 5

size = A=20
B=15
C=10
D= 5

Ex. 6'5 point guard A = 20

20 size + 86 hstl + 90 durablity + 82 oawr + 75 dawr / 5= 70 in potential

Players ratings and confrence awards not including potential determine there projected draft round

Potential is what can take a undrafted rookie into a solid starter in 3 years

Example
The above player has a 56.4 stat rating 30 award pts giving him an 86.4 this player is a low draft pick second round or possibly undrafted

lottery draft picks decrease in rating by 10 points awareness decrease by 15

1st non lottery round draft picks decrease by 20 pts awarness decrease by 25

2nd round draft picks undraftees decrease by 30 pts awarness decrease by 35

Some mental and physical ratings will not decrease on the way to the draft

Hustle
Durablity
Stregnth only decreases by 5 10 or 15 depending on proj draft round
speed
stamina
hands
emotion
clutch offense and defense
consistancey

Example
1st round non lottery pick 86 3pts = 66 3pts nba but 90 speed = 90 speed nba

final step position changes are going to be made if necessary due to under size players or oversized players

example
6'7 pg may be converted to a sg 6'0 sg may be converted into a pg

This is a great idea...and I wish that 2K would read this and work on their player progression/potential system

yeah I feel when you go through the association its way to perdictable to say whos going to be good or not look at carlos boozer deep second round draft pick and in nba 2k11 after you make it to 2030 and all the real players are gone the leauge sucks because of the lame tendencys of the created players no one takes over

exactly...you can basically disregard any players taken in the second round because of the way the system is set up...not to mention there's never really any big busts because you find out their potential rating before the draft
