Entering the 2014 Playoffs with the Portland Trailblazers, we had high hopes as the first seed with big plans to bring the organization back to the days where it stood as a contender in the Western Conference. I'm a 6'4 Athletic SG and I'm very hyped to be here and determined to guide the Blazers to their first Championship in decades.

Our opening series is against the 8th seeded New Orleans Pelicans, but unfortunately they barely dragged themselves into the Playoffs. They were already missing Jrue Holiday due to injuries, but during Game 1 both Eric Gordon and Brian McRoberts go down as well, decimating their back court. Austin Rivers and Anthony Morrow were the match ups for Damian Lillard and I, and the two of us absolutely crushed them. But I would expect nothing less from what is already the best back court in the league.

The Pelicans did what they could, but they were simply over matched against us. There was no one that could contain me or Lillard, so we devastated them in each and every game, ending the series in a brutal sweep and sending them packing on their own court.

Our second round opponent will be the Houston Rockets who have swept the LA Clippers, so I'm expecting this series to be much rougher than the Pelicans considering the talent the Rockets have far exceeds the Pelicans.
