Written off for his short height, Parker Stevens, is actually an intriguing prospect. One of the best passers in the draft, he could be a good backup pg in the NBA. He is a pretty good outside shooter and can handle the ball. He doesn't have the strength or height to compete with NBA point guards on defense but at the end of the second round, who wouldn't take a chance on a prospect that could instantly be a backup pg on any team.
