Sound Off on the Question of the Day and today's links in the comments section below.
- It seems like just another day at an NFL stadium parking lot as four people were stabbed following last night's Broncos-Chargers matchup.
- Jameis Winston and A.J. McCarron (Not Johnny Manziel?!) split the top two non-Heisman awards among their college football peers.
- Despite the drama that unfolded in the parking lot, the actual game was exciting as well with San Diego shocking Denver on their home turf.
- From one reunion to another -- Doc Rivers got the better of Boston but former players Pierce and Garnett got the win for Brooklyn last night.
- A reeling coach in denial? Texas' Mack Brown simply states his 'situation hasn't changed'.
- Sitting RGIII for the rest of 2013 is simply a business decision to protect an asset going into the 2014 year where he's still slated to be the starter.
- Detroit's Megatron has some 'old man strength' to show Matt Elam of Baltimore.
- Check out this slo-mo replay of a father saving his daughter from imminent pain on the sidelines of the Knicks-Bulls game. [Video]
- Just Peyton Manning being Peyton Manning -- no explanation needed. [Image]
- Maybe he should just silently fade away? Lance Armstrong is now trying to play the victim.

I think the NFL has a stadium experience problem in general, compared to the other major sports, but yes, it's mostly a fan problem. I'd even go so far as to say its an alcohol problem really. Listen, I'm old enough to enjoy some drinks, and I don't mind people getting a bit drunk while at the stadium, but the problem is some people are drinking in the parking lot for 3 hours and THEN going into the stadium and drinking 6 beers. Most of these people are fine, but it only takes one or two idiots to ruin it for everybody else.

They may increase security but won't look into doing anything major until attendance in major markets falls. I haven't been to a game in about 5 years and I don't miss a thing about it. Mostly good people there to have fu. But the drunken idiots cursing and yelling the entire game ruin it for me. The ticket prices, parking prices, and hassle getting into the stadium just tips the scales.
I like attending college football games more. You get the drunken loudmouths there to but the prices are cheaper and you get better seats. Not sure how often I will take my son to pro games though now that I'm a father. If it's me and my friends that's one thing but bringing a kid into the equation is a whole different beast. Especially with the new bag policy.
