The Ducks were selling, and the Wings were buying. In a monster of a deal, the Red Wings solved two problems: a minor league starting goalie and a legitimate 1st line forward.

Detroit gets RW Corey Perry, D Nathan Guenin, and G Jeff Deslauriers. Anaheim gets RW Jaromir Jagr, G Joey McDonald, a 1st Round Pick in 2018, and a 6th Round Pick in 2015.
