Games 47 and 48 @ SEA

W: 5-3
The Tigers get most of the scoring done early, thanks to back-to-back homers from Brett Lawrie and Miguel Cabrera in a new, shuffled lineup. Casper Wells homered against his former team. However, Detroit's late insurance run came as a result of Wellington Castillo's RBI double in the top of the 9th. Craig Kimbrel saved the game.

W: 8-3
Mike Carp homered twice, but many of the Tigers responded with offense themselves. Ike Davis went 4-5, driving in three, only lacking the triple for the cycle. Miguel Cabrera homered yet again; he leads the majors in RBI. Brian McCann chipped in with 2 RBI as well; he's had a quiet stint with the Tigers so far.

The bullpen was solid again pitching three innings of relief behind Johnny Cueto. Collectively, they only allowed four hits and struck out six.
