Tigers almost fall victim to "Death by Twinning" (lots of singles), but Brett Lawrie hit three home runs and Wellington Castillo was still streaking.

W: 4-2 (10)
It looked like rookie Camden Nelson-Graves was going to be the hero for the Twins, with his go-ahead two-run dinger in the 7th. However, the Tigers rallied in the 8th, thanks to bad defense from the Twins middle infield. Miguel Cabrera's 2-RBI double in the 10th drove in the eventual game-winning runs.

W: 20-1
The Tigers swept the Twins behind an improbable offensive onslaught. Ryan Braun went 4-7 and hit a grand slam. David Freese was a triple shy of what could have been his second cycle of the year. Mark Trumbo went six for six! But most importantly, Jair Jurrjens didn't give up an earned run in his return to the Tigers.
