Tigers Win the Hit Fest Over the Mariners

Game 29 @ SEA

For the second time this season, Doug Fister faced his former team.

This time out, they had more fight in them. Still, Fister managed to "weather the storm" striking out 8 and only giving up 1 ER.

It was hard to watch Randy Choate, who gave up a run on 3 hits (in 1/3 IP)!

The Tigers let the bats do the talking in the victory. Michael Morse homered and Prince Fielder homered to lead the way with RBIs.

For the Mariners, the hit man, Ichiro, got it done. He had their 2 RBIs.
