Game 13 vs. TEX

Detroit opened a HUGE 4 game set against the Texas Rangers. I am taking this series very seriously, because I feel like this series has potential post-season implications. I would hate to lose a series to the Rangers.

Additionally former teammates are pitted against each other. Ian Kinsler, Nelson Cruz, Delmon Young and David Murphy had spent time with the Tigers, but only Kinsler remains. Ryan Raburn has been a staple in the Rangers offense, batting .366 on the season. His offense with the Tigers was non-existent.

Yu Darvish dazzled the Tigers in his first appearance against the team. He was lucky to get a lot of groundball outs quickly. However, he faltered late.

The offense came on for both sides to make it dramatic, and the Tigers tied it in the bottom of the 9th! Joe Nathan blew the save.

Miguel Cabrera walked off with a single to complete the comeback!
