Bucks Hire New General Manager

Milwaukee Bucks owner Herb Kohl has announced the hiring of their new General Manager, Jonny Berry will be the new man in town after the Bucks fire former GM John Hammond. Hammond was the NBA Executive of the Year in 2010, but had an overall record of 141- 131.

When asked why he fired a former Executive of the Year, Kohl replied by saying " I feel that it is time for the organization to move forward, and start to rebuild the team to the future, and bring a title back to Milwaukee."

Who is Jonny Berry, that is the question? Jonny Berry a 26 year old Baylor Graduate, was the Vice President of Operations for the Dallas Mavericks last year. There is a lot of hype surrounding Berry, after what he did in the Mavericks Organizations last year. He is so good that Mark Cuban said " He [Berry] is a great planner and a genuis in his ability to find cheap, quality talent. It is very sad to see this young men leave, but I'm so proud of JB that he got this job, and I wish him the best of luck in Milwaukee, and hope to play him in the finals in a couple of years.

We ask Berry what his planned is for the Bucks, he replied by saying " I feel that there are a lot of great players on the roster already, and not much deadweight on the roster, but I will review it in the next couple of days who is part of the future and who is not. I like the type of Coach Scott [Skiles] is, defensive is important in this league especially in April and May. It is time to Fear the Dear again in Milwaukee and the Whole country. For the other 29 teams you better beware the bucks are back."

In the title (above the "posted on" and the graphic) and in your entry above (fourth paragraph) you spell it 'DEAR', like in my dear Aunt Sally or a Dear John letter. At least this is how it is showing up on my computer screen. You'd want to spell it DEER as in the Bucks' emblem.
