Seattle - Hank Conger was a triple away from the cycle, and Albert Pujols added 2 RBI as the Angels were able to take game three of this series from the Mariners. Chris Young got in trouble in the third inning thanks to an error on Brad Miller, the Angels plated three including a solo shot by Conger. The bullpen was able to settle things down, but the damage had been done as they could only muster one extra base hit the entire that game, and even that baserunner was short lived as Cano was thrown out trying to stretch a double into a triple. The two teams are back at it tomorrow as the Angels try to salvage a split by sending Hector Santiago (6-2, 4.12 ERA) to the mound to face Taijuan Walker (4-4, 4.14 ERA).
