Hawks cruise in opener 41-20

Seattle - The Seattle Seahawks got off to a positive start to their 2014 campaign with a convincing 41-20 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday at CenturyLink Field. The game was never close after the first quarter when the Browns cut it to 14-10 on Travis Benjamin's electric 82 yard punt return, but that was as close as the Browns would get as the Seahawks methodically pounded them like they did to so many other teams last season. Marshawn Lynch racked up 161 yards, and a score, and the Seahawks made few mistakes in this one for the Browns to capitalize on. Russell Wilson was efficient in his 24 attempts completing 15 of them, 2 for scores. The Hawks will now head out on their first road trip of the season to take on the St. Louis Rams at the Edward Jones Dome next Sunday.
