FORT COLLINS, Co -- Colorado State walked away with the Ram-Falcon Trophy after dismantling Air Force 50-0.

CSU had 415 total yards of offense and limited the Falcons to 96 yards total offense. A solid showcase of all aspects of the game for the rams today.

Klay Kubiak was named player of the game after a 307 yard on 16 of 31 performance which included 3 touchdowns and no interceptions. Chris Nwoke rushed for 113 yards and a score and Tony Drake added another rushing TD. 1st string HB Carlos Washington was a game time decision, and couldn't pass the physical tests as he still had stiffness. Marquise Law had 72 yards receiving and one touchdown, and sophmore WR Bernard Blake had 97 yards and two touchdowns receiving.

"Other teams have started to focus their secondary on me recently, I'm glad that the younger guys have been able to step up." Senior WR Byron Steele commented after the game after catching only one ball for 21 yards.

"The offense was a fine tuned machine today. We were running full steam ahead and they had all they could do to try and keep up. I'm sure they loved looking at the numbers on the back of our jerseys." Law commented.

On defense freshman safety Keith Harper added two interceptions to his season total and looks like a great building block for the teams future. "I'm really loving playing the game this year. I've never been around such a great group of guys, and willing to help me with any questions I ask." Harper said following the game.

The defense recorded sacks from CJ James, freshman CB TJ Brown, and freshman DT Courtney McCarthy, who also had 4 tackles for a loss.

On special teams Pete Kontodiakos was 5 for 5 on field goals with the longest being 47 yards, he also added 5 extra points to his scoring total.

For the Falcons, they didn't stand much chance after losing star HB Jewel Hampton early in the 1st quarter. "I felt a pop in my shoulder and went into the training room for analysis, they told me I dislocated my shoulder and I had to watch the rest of the game with my arm in a sling." Haampton said.
