Fort Worth, Tx -- Coming into the TCU - Colorado State game both teams looked fairly evenly matched, however CSU came in with a strong gameplan and executed it very well on the way to a 38-17 win.

CSU was lead by QB Klay Kubiak who threw for 206 yards on 12 of 20 passing with 3 touchdowns and one interception. ÈI was really in my groove out there today. I saw the whole field very well on every play.È

Kubiak threw touchdown passes to TE Matt Weems, WR Marquise Law and WR Byron Steele. Law had 120 yards on the game to be the top receiver for both teams.

Carlos Washington rushed for 51 yards on 12 attempts with one touchdown, as he missed thte 2nd quarter with a minor injury then sat out the 4th quarter after CSU established a big lead.

The play of the game came when CSU freshman CB TJ Brown picked off a pass and ran 97 yards for the touchdown to put the Rams far enough out in front that they no longer had to worry.
