NCAA Football 10- Defending the middle of the field....

Do anyone know a defensive set or a few to which would help defend the middle of the field? I'm just looking forward to improve in that aspect of my defensive. I seem to have a problem with leaving the middle open for slants and for opposing TEs to get big gains. can somebody in the NCAA Football Community please assist a fellow gamer? GD-
