There's no doubting that the game is beautiful and that the scouting system is complex for more casual soccer fans like myself, but FIFA 14 does have something "extra." Not all passes are crisp. Not all balls are saved from going out. Not all tackles are easy, and... well okay, not all fouls are called. That being said, it's a beautiful rendition of the beautiful game whose modes may not have much over its predecessors, but its presentation certainly does.

It could have done with a lot more advancement upon the CG titles, but it's still good fun for now. The new replays, cutscenes, crowds etc. are a reasonable enough addition to keep me going until the real Next Gen version of Fifa hits. Gameplay feels slightly better than it did on the 360 version too.

Love the game, spent more time by far with this than any other game on XB1. I'm new to soccer/football so I'm still learning a ton but getting better at the game every day.

First FIFA game in 4 years. The graphics are sweet. The gameplay is great. The learning curve was not as steep as I thought, but I've only touched on the advanced controls. I think I will give NHL a shot when it hits the 4.

EA, why the removal of the Tournament Mode ect., a mainstay for Offline gamers!!!
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....
, is an awful decision & one which the review downplays somewhat.
cant play a season with my friends at my home anymore...are u kiddin me?
still cant believe it!
