5v5 hands down needs to be just like 2k11 including stats and Leaderboards.If they do that I wont be playing my Xbox One to often unless next gen 2k14 has crew and lets us transfer players and stats.

I hope they make a new collison enigne so that rebounds and contact in the paint gets better. They should also improve association and create rosters were about the same stats are averaged as in real live (Rondo about 10 assists, Love about 14-15 rebounds a game).

impressed with the 3000 animations, PASSING, the more player individualization, block improvements....this whole damn game is gonna be bonkers..Lets go..

Meh...Im not really sold on crew mode now that people can just build their player up through buying VC. I'd appreciate it more if the VC was only used for accessories and clothing and not bumping up skill points.

It sucks that we still CAN NOT SAVE our ONLINE PROFILES!!! I hate having to set up my plays, defensive settings, and coach profiles before each game. FIX THAT 2K!!!

Wheres the 2KREELMAKER??? AGAIN??? Whats the point of having all these slick new moves if you can't save and EDIT REPLAYS with the angles that you want? Fail.

I hope 2K didn't mess up the Dunk Contest this year. All they needed to do was tweak the original button commands slightly. They worked great IMO.

Blacktop mode will be a fail if they don't bring back all those courts they had in 2K7,2K8, Legends Showcase DLC etc. Also it would be great if they brought back the streetball and1 dribbling mechanics. Whats the point of having Grayson Boucher on the 2K team if your not using his dribble skills in mo-cap?

Doesn't sound like they addressed the Offball contol issue in calling for a pass unless its part of a designed play or your player is open. Big time Fail!!

Euroleague sounds good. Wouldn't mind seeing a little WNBA action though.

2K hasn't mentioned the presentation. Last year's 2K13 was horrible. It looked like a video game with the Jay-z presentation scheme. Totally took the user out of the immersion experience until you hit the court. Thankfully, I play in broadcast mode.

NO HALL OF FAME mode for online?? I hope they get rid of this "Everyone plays on Superstar" mode. Weak sauce. Not everyone is a casual player. 3s are too easy to score and difficult to defend on this mode. Maybe LOBBIES like NBA2K8 would be the answer.

Theres a plethora of issues that 2K didn't address, so I'm not too hyped on the direction 2K is going on current gen. Sure Crew is back, but its just a matter of time before its just a bunch of 99s (Legit, or NOT) playing ARCADE style basketball in a simulation game. FAIL.

Think I'll just have a NEW experience on Next Gen instead. It sounds too me like NBA2K14 current gen will be an overall better experience, but I'm not bitting until I see evidence of that. It doesn't help when you watch a teaser video of crew, and a handful of Youtube community guys are being fed lines on the NEW crew experience. Seriously??!! EPIC FAIL. Learn your lines before you go on camera fellas. Thats a Noob Move.

As for the hype on 2k14. I give it about a 4.5/10 from the article and the teaser video.

Edited: Some things need to be cleaned up to get me excited about 2K14. Just hoping they get back to sim.
