Very good overall sim.

Not a huge hockey fan........but NHL 11 is good buy for hockey fans.

Push to charge pass system keeps you from getting those passes into tight areas where you may have barely a second of a window to pass, if you do try to do a quick pass, you will more then likely make a pass that resembles a turtle crossing the road. The puck control is awkward, when you are making your moves, you look like barry sanders finding the gap. It doesn't even appear like you even have skates on when you are deking the DMEN. The music sound track is good, but the in game sound bytes are a mixture of outdated clips from recent NHL games, they still refer to the Thrashers having to find a way to keep Kovalchuck. The goalie AI seems better so far. You can now escape the intermissions and the end of game garbage alot quicker, thats a plus. Hopefully some future tuner updates can clean the game up.

This game looks really good. May have to pick it up this weekend.
