I absolutely enjoy this game and can easily recommend it to any baseball fan. Nay-sayers may argue that SCEA has hade no real improvements over last year's stellar outing, but those people have not really played the game. Broadcast views for fielding and Real-Time presentation options have enhanced the realism to near- photo realism. Because no major changes were made, the incredibly satisfying hitting has remained intact from previous iterations, while the fielding has been tuned to make it more realistic. The pitching, however, has not aged as well as the rest of the parts. The Tiger Woods-esque pitching meter is an eyesore and seriously needs an alternative similar to what 2K Sports offers. In addition, the commentary is really lacking; with all due respect to SCEA and the job they have done, the game deserves better commentary than what is on offer here. Finally, the game is downright frustrating because of bugs that, although they do not appear frequently, hamper the overall gameplay experience where every play counts. These bugs and glitches include outfielders not picking up ground balls, irrational trade intelligence, and a series of awkward pitching glitches in Road to the Show. Overall, despite the presence of several bugs and glitches and no drastic improvements over last year's game, MLB 10: The Show is an incredibly satisfying sports simulation that will have you coming back for more even a year from now.

great game....2k may be getting better but nothing compared to the show

Online seems to be poor sometimes. Graphics are top notch. Gameplay is unbelieveable.

Classic pitching could be more consistent.

Still a great game. Great additions such as classic stadiums and HR Derby, but the commentary is still very repetative and doesn't sound like watching a game.
