Madden NFL 10 News, Strategy Guides, Screenshots & Videos

I'm looking forward to Madden, but mainly because I can't wait to play with Pat White on Miami.

Unfortunately, I think it is going to be just another mediocre Next-Gen Madden game. The worst part is that we keep calling the 360/PS3 "Next-Gen" because it makes us feel better about getting mediocre games. Truth of the matter, this is the current generation of gaming. If EA would just hand things over to the guys that do NHL, we wouldn't have to deal with mediocrity.

after 09 i was never going to play another madden again but with EA SPORTS finding game designers that are willing to change madden 10 looks amazing. Yeah i know madden stays the same every year but these are better game designers that can actually make a game for the 360 or ps3. the only thing madden 09 did was add madden test. madden 10 is putting pro tak in wich isnt only for gang tackling but for all the aspects of football. wr db jostling down the field, a pocket, redos the whole style of running the football and actually has holes and lead blockers, all animations will change dynamically based on rating so u have complete conrol of the game. the game speed is the same as the nfl and each qb has its own style of throwing. the ratings sytem has been completely redone so u will see a real difference in skills. the ai has also been redone so u will see teams play like they do in real life with all different playbooks for each team. the new fumble minigame, chain gain, and challenges will have people jumping out of there seat to see who has possesion. injury system more real and accurate. online co op and franchise is amazing and offline franchise has the eztra point which will make it more than just a season. everthing in the nfl will be in madden so it will be more than just a fottball game. the game will be completely replayable because pro tak will make u see different animation every game and the ai learning will play based on how u play not the samething every time. I cant believe someone would be aloud to say its just the same old madden

The game looks like a 9 or a 10, BUT given the history of this series letting me down every single year that i expect it to be amazing, i bumped it down to a 7. I'd say 09 was about a 4 or 5. 6 is pushing it.

Can't wait for the game....period
