Gallant said this about his new job "I'm excited for this oppertunity to help add this cup contending team win. Wilson added some great pieces and I feel that were in a real position to take the cup, not just this season, but for seasons to come."
It will be interesting to see if Gallant can help fix San Jose's playoff trouble. Can he make the changes needed to get them to the finals? I guess we'll find out.
