Which of the current gen games allow you to use and/or create legends like Borg, McEnroe, Ashe, King, Connors, etc?

TopSpin has a few. I think Tiebreak only has current players or recently retired (Federer/Nadal), but you can create them if you want. Tennis Elbow 4 has many of the old players since they have thousands on both the men’s and women’s side. Graphics aren’t at the level of the other two, but they have a lot of custom animations and the gameplay is better than both.

TopSpin 2k25 has McEnroe, Agassi, Sampras, Federer, Graf, Sharapova and Serena Williams. You can also create 6 players to use them into career mode, but thats it and the creation center is limited

TieBreak has Federer, Nadal, Del Potro, Sharapova but on the other side has a magnificent create a player mode and you can download from the community or create by yourself hundred of players.
