Injury bug? Need some help please

I’m 2 weeks into my franchise and I have yet to see an injury league wide. I’ve been playing this game for 12 years and have never had this issue. I also don’t see anyone else complaining about it so maybe I’ve overlooked something in my setup.

My setup is the same every year and it is as follows:

Franchise - 30 team control (separate CPU profile setup for 29 teams, I control 1)
Injuries - On (Gameplay settings - General - Advanced)
Injury Frequency sliders - both at 5 (Simulator and Gameplay)

I don’t simulate but was curious to see what would happen if I simulated through half the season just to see if there were any injuries. No injuries! I even jacked up the Simulator and Gameplay injury slider with no avail.

Not sure if I missing something or what but any help would be appreciated.

When you started did you set roster control to on?

This is the most common culprit and only fixable by restarting.

Can't remember exactly what it is called in franchise with it on but it you have the option that says something like roster control or management for all the teams it is on.

Not home so I forget the exact name for it. And I am not sure where in the menu in franchise it is at as I haven't used it since 20 for a roster project.

But I would check that first.

You may also have injuries set to Manual. I forget exactly what menu it's under but I think it's under one if "Advanced" screens.
