Two slider settings I hope SDS tweaks

No matter what slider setting I use for both of the following, I can't seem to get them to a place that feels realistic.

Foul balls - seems like way too many...even if set to 0. I know 0 helps keeps balls down the line fair, but overall there are still too many fouls in the game.

CPU Pitch control - even set at 5, I am seeing sometimes 2 -3 guys plunked during a game. This happens not only with backend pitchers, but also with top guys. It should be a slight tweak so default gives you a hbp now and then, not every game.

I play on Allstar for both pitching and hitting. Directional hitting but usually don't move the stick. Classic pitching.

Spot on, control won’t help with the HBP. That’s all consistency slider.

I think there's probably more foul balls in baseball than you think. In my sliders I have gone with CPU Foul Frequency at 2 or 3 and HUM at 4. And my Foul Balls account for the most part have fallen between 22 and 33 percent of all strikes. In MLB, 28% of strikes are foul balls. There are about 50% more foul balls than there are swings and misses.

And as others have said, consistency needs to come up. I have CPU control and consistency both at 7 (with strike frequency between 2 or 3, still trying to settle on one), and I don't have too much issue with HBP for the most part. I had one game where the CPU got wild and hit 3 batters, but mostly it's been fine.

The above are all correct.

To put it simply, Consistancy is the rate at which pitches are thrown on target while Control is how on target they are.

10 control with 10 consistency allows you to throw dots and basically never throw a wild pitch.

10 control with 0 consistency has you throwing dots or losing grip on the ball and throwing it at the backstop often.

0 control and 10 consistency has you never hitting your target perfectly, but you at least find the catcher's mitt constantly.

0 control with 0 consistency is.... good luck.

The last 5 games I played the foul percentages were 34, 29, 38, 31, 35.

This is for total foul balls in the game.
