Has anyone come up with creative ways of doing an online franchise?

My friends and I used to always play the online franchise mode together, but since its removal, haven’t had as much fun on the show. None of us are fans of the online league as it just isn’t the same.

Has anyone come up with creative ways of playing an OF? Perhaps everyone managing the “user” teams and applying the moves other users make? Any suggestions welcomed!

My buddy and I just share an account and use cloud saves to share the file back and forth. Only one user can be playing at a time, but it allows us to both play a franchise together. When our teams face off, whichever user is the home team plays the games.
