XP and Sliders

Does anyone know what sliders will nerf your XP? I seem to remember Sony changing it so only sliders that affect gameplay will hurt you. I really want to raise the injury slider. Is that one that will nerf XP. I’ve tried asking Sony this but I haven’t received any clarification.

Last year they did make it so injury and trade sliders could be changed freely. Doing anything else meant halving XP
