Being hired as a head coach after being fired
I am very familiar that there is a glitch with being fired as a head coach in Franchise Mode, but I am having a problem getting an offer to coach a team again. I was playing with the Steelers as Mike Tomlin and he was the #2 coach in the history of the game. We had a bad year after the sudden retirement of several veteran players. So, with that said, Mike was not a bad coach and I can not get an offer.
How do you get an offer to coach another team with out just creating a new coach and taking on a team?
