Online Franchise consistent disconnections

I don’t know how there isn’t a bigger uproar about this?

Ive had this game since launch (PS5) and type of player I am, I’ll start many new franchises throughout the year.

With Madden 22 it will constantly disconnect from the server and it’s actually gotten worse with the newer patches where it’ll now disconnect at 2 specific spots rather than the 1 it used to be.

I get disconnected at the beginning of each new season and also now just before the draft.

Does anyone else experience this because I find it hard to believe I’m the only one?

It’s super annoying being kicked back to the main menu then pressing R2 to connect back online before resuming my connected franchise experience.

I’ve even pursued a refund from Sony because this isn’t he main mode I play and it’s constantly interrupting my enjoyment and experience.

Also quick side note - anyone else get the post-game survey asking if you enjoyed the match? If you press up quickly it actually goes up two spots so you select yes when you actually want to select no.

Really sick of Madden and if there isn’t a significant increase in QA next year I find it hard to support any more.

It's a minor inconvenience though. Twice a season? Twice in 25+ hours of gameplay?


The "did you enjoy the match" menu has flaky responsiveness.
