What are the best game plan adjustments?

The game has been out for a while so I was wondering what opinions are on the best game plan adjustments.

The only one I notice a huge difference with is the defensive contain the QB adjustment. It helps a ton vs mobile QBs because the shed on the edges is so quick. Anyone notice any other helpful adjustments?

I’m interested in everyone’s opinion. I have noticed little benefit from selecting running game plans on either side of the ball. In the other side, I’ve noticed huge benefits from passing game plans on both sides of the ball.

Re: What are the best game plan adjustments?

There's a breakdown of each one here:

There's no "sure-fire" game plan / weekly training as they all offer negatives too. A lot of folks I play against pass short but that comes with increased pressure which is very noticeable etc. Pick your strength but be aware of the weakness you have chosen.
