Hello all, we have opened up a new league to go with the rest of our sports gaming community. The FSL has been a successful OOTP league and we are looking to expand into Madden. The spirit of this league is to try not to handicap players with a 100 rules but we still promote a fair-play style. Here are some of the settings:
LEAGUE SETTINGS
- XBOX Series X|S
- User Role: Created Coach
- Game Skill: All-Madden
- Game Style: Simulation
- Quarter Length: 8 minutes
- Accelerated Clock: 20 seconds
- Game Speed: Normal
- Injuries: On (Off during Preseason and force win sims)
- Pre-Existing Injuries: Off
- Fill Roster: Off
- Twitch Streaming: Yes (away team must stream)
- NO CPU Trades
- Play Call Cooldown 10 players (must wait 10 plays before calling a play again)
- Play Call Limit 2 (allowed to call a single play twice a game)
- Custom Playbooks: ALLOWED

LEAGUE ADVANCE SCHEDULE
- Advances Occur: Every 3 days
- Games that are not scheduled prior to the last day are subject to fair sim or owner not responding may be put on AP
- NO CPU Games will be allowed. All games will be force wins.
CODE of CONDUCT
- Be respectful. Do NOT PM an owner during a game, please PM a staff member if there is an issue.
- No hateful comments or general insults will be tolerated.
- Rule violations must have video evidence or the complaint will be tossed.

OFFENSIVE GAMEPLAY RULES
- Mix up your play style and play calls. The play call limit/cooldown will help with this.
- Your office cannot break a 70/30% threshold run to pass either way. Suspension will occur after a warning.
- All motion players must be set before you may snap the ball unless it is a play with auto motion.
- NO HUDDLES - Allowed randomly in one drive per half or if down by more than 8 points in the 2nd half or inside 2:30 of either half.
- NO Quick snaps - give the defense the courtesy of 3-5 seconds to be set.
- QB Scrambling - this is part of the game, there are ways to defend it.
- Playmaker controls are allowed.

4th DOWN RULES
You are allowed to go for it in these circumstances:
- 4th and 3 or less inside the 10 once per game
- One coach's decision on opponents side of the 50 once per game
- 2nd Half – Down by 17 points or more.
- 4th Quarter - Down 9 points or more
- 4th Quarter – Under 4 Minutes losing by any amount.
- 4th Quarter and Winning, 4th and 5 or closer, from the 50 yardline in. (on opponents side of the field & only permitted once per game)
- Over Time You can go for it at your own risk

RUNNING UP THE SCORE
- Please be respectful. Once you hit 35 points, please try to tone it back and chew clock.

DEFENSIVE GAMEPLAY RULES
- Much like offense, mix up your play calls. The cooldown effect will be in place.
- You may not move more than one player pre-snap on defense. If you move a player, you must remain on him and he must be set at the snap of the ball.
- You must rush at least 3 players on every play. A QB spy does not count as a player rush.

- Only 1 Fake Punt/FG allowed per game and must meet 4th down rules
- No line drive punts
