Fouls are nonexistent again

Against the CPU in CM I see MAYBE 1-3 fouls a game playing on 20 min halves. Whether I SIM some of the match or play etc. there’s just no way to get fouls as usual. Hopefully this will finally get looked at in a patch but I’m doubtful cuz of the online crowd. I think our best bet is a slider that actually works, but we won’t see that this year.

It’s worse than ever, despite it being raised an an issue for years. I find it hard to foul the CPU too.

Yeah it’s like what’s the point of having this new beautiful free kick system when you never even get to use it. Quite ridiculous in all honesty. We’ve been asking for more fouls or at least a fouls slider for at least ten years now.

If FUT players wanted fouls it would be a done deal, day one.

It's hard to recreate fouls in an video game. IMO it's one of the hardest things to have a realistic amount of fouls.

I drew 3 fouls before the 25 min mark my last game played.

A lot of people who complain (not saying this like a jerk) about fouls also spam sprint. I’m not saying this is what you’re doing, I’m not saying fifa is perfect, but maybe try to alter how you’re playing.

If you’re using agile dribbling, or even a low star skill move, sprint on the change of direction and you’ll usually draw a yellow off a poor slide tackle.

When you receive a pass if you shield the ball when the defender breaks on you, continue to progress up the field / let the play develop and you’ll draw a foul and possibly a yellow if he takes you down.

Hope this helps y’all draw some fouls, games really fun when you start getting free kicks outside the box.

What’s your basis for this?

I’m fed up of people making excuses for £A for every single issue. It’s not hard, you code the players to fall under certain contact and code the referees to blow for it. I don’t think anyone here wants a FK during every passage of play but it should atleast be in double figures.

Liked this because it’s good advice but I play to draw fouls and hardly get them. I regularly have my shirt pulled on 22 but the referee gives nothing. I’m struggling to foul the CPU too, despite trying.
