Online or Offline Franchise?

I understand there are still progressive fatigue issues, and still no scouting update, but have they fixed the issue that was preventing people from playing an offline franchise? Wrong scores, stats, etc..? I'd like to start an offline franchise so I can control all 32 teams. Thanks in advance.

So far my offline has been good, besides having to be online to take a screenshot for my franchise hub which is ridiculous imo

I'm about to start a 32 team (play every game) offline Franchise as well, I like the gameplay enough to move ahead. Other than the progressive fatigue, sim stats and scouting not being fixed are they any other issues I should be aware of at this point? Playing every game should take care of the stats issue until that is patched hopefully. Wish me luck, I'm going in.
