hey all..I pre ordered the game and was supposed to get a host of bonus content as a pre order bonus. I haven't received anything. I feel like in past years it's just an email with the code but I def haven't received an email either. Amazon employees are completely clueless as to what I'm talking about.

Has anyone received their pre order bonus content and if so, in what format?

You should have an email also with more bonus content like 2500 vc and a card.
