With the current NFT popularity, I’ve been very curious about creating them and selling them. My question is can I use games such as Madden and NBA 2k to screen shot moments of gameplay and use those as my artwork? I wouldn’t use video, just a screen capture within the game to get the shot I want. Anyone have any thoughts?

Probably not considering it's copyrighted material. You'd have to get permission from both the developer, publisher and the NBA & NFL to use it.
