How to get a refund?

Game shuts down my series x at least once a quarter while playing both offline and online franchise games. I've reinstalled the game as well as completely resetting my Xbox.
Game is potentially damaging my Xbox with the crashes.
Am I entitled to a refund? I think I am.
What would be the process in receiving a refund?

That sounds like a problem with your Xbox and not the game.

Please. It's NOT. I told you I just reset the xbox. It runs every single other game perfectly with zero issues ever.
I purchased the Madden 22 yesterday and Madden 22 is the ONLY game doing this. I've deleted and reinstalled it multiple times.
I can play everything else fine.

IT'S NOT MY CONSOLE. Do a little reading around here and you'll see I'm not the only one experiencing this.

So it just magically happens to some people and not other? Even though it's the same software being ran on different hardware? The only difference in the equation is the xbox.

Well, I signed into my Microsoft account and was able to request a refund. I feel confident I'll get it since I only purchased the NON-working game yesterday.
Super disappointed but I'll just wait a couple days until I see this issue has been fixed. But they can't have my money until I have a working game that isn't potentially destroying my Xbox by shutting it down in the middle of gameplay.
Madden is my all time favorite game and so you can feel my bitter disgust at EA. All year long they gave us that crap about this launch and then this happens. Worst BLEEPING launch of Madden ever.

Its not the xbox its the game, happening to me too. Also other ppl having this problem. Im sure they'll fix it, just a matter of when. To the original poster, if u get a refund let me know, I'd like one too.
