How do you see the new cut scenes in PS5

Sorry for the dumb question, but I saw all this hype about new cut scenes with the scenario engine and after playing half a season, I haven’t gotten any (just breakout scenarios).

I am an owner of a team - do you need to be the head coach in order to get the press conference or locker room cut scenes etc?

You need to be the coach. It's kind of silly though, I like playing as the owner so I can deal with the head coach retiring or firing him if I feel like it. I brought this up during the beta in hopes the would do something. But they never did.
