EA Play Trial PS4/PS5??

When I download the trial on my PS5 it only gives the option of the PS4 version. I preordered the PS5 game but there is no option to download the PS5 trial.

I’m having the same issue. It only lets me download the PS4 version and I have already pre-ordered the PS5 version.

The preorder has nothing to do with the trial, you get the trial without a preorder.

Try clicking the 3 dots and seeing if you can change versions. FYI, you actually get 10 hours for ps4 version and 10 hours for ps5 version.

FIXED: For anyone having the same issue, I had to call Sony and cancel my preorder. As soon as that was done I could download the PS5 trial.

Man, I'm having this issue. I have the trial version on Ps5 and I just bought the MVP edition (it said ps4/ps5 when I bought it. Wasn't another option to purchase) and when I checked my downloads it says it's downloading the full ps4 version, but my ps5 trial is still available to play. Is it just downloading the ps4 version because it has to or am I screwed? I'm in a chat with EA support right now, but Im not hopeful.

The version will be updated by its own after sometime.

That's what I got from them.... said to just download the ps4 version and it should update on its own... whatever that means but we'll see!

I have the same problem. Does this mean we have to download the PS4 version and then upgrade to the PS5 version at midnight? Or do we just wait till midnight and not download the PS5 version?
