Anyone else have troubles shooting in 2K10 in Broadcast Camera (side)?

Love the game, love the camera. Using Pro Stick of course but it's extremely hit or miss as to whether you can get the players to shoot. Too many times he tries to deke. You are moving stick to either the left or right in this control scheme since in side view.

Any advice appreciated.

I think what you're referring to is skillstick/deke getting stuck and not letting you pull off a shot? Yes/No???

I think this is just a common issue with hockey games I see it in 2K10 and a number of EA games including NHL21. I thought it might be an issue with Xbox controllers or EA until I started playing other hockey games on PC with Playstation and cheap Amazon controllers.

Not sure what other people think?

I’ve always had issues. I’d love to continue to play broadcast view but it is too much for me control-wise

The controls are camera relative, remember you are playing in broadcast view, not side view, despite the name.

The camera is angled and the net is at a slightly upward angle relative to the x axis on your joystick.
