New rules in the MLB for the Show 21 ?

Does The Show 21 has the relief 3 batters rule and the 10+ inning with a runner on base ? I know those a new rules, but I wonder if it was in the game, or if they want to add it in a patch or the next version ?

Yes, it has both.

The only difference between them, is the runner on 2nd base rule is available to be turned off.
