It's that time of year
Back when EA was releasing their annual NCAA game, this was always the time of year it would come out, and I would look forward to it with SO much anticipation...anticipation for the end of summer and the coming of fall, which meant that college football was right around the corner. And every year at about this time I come back here to OS to reminisce by reading the threads in this sub-forum, and remember what a joyous time in my life that was and how I would always feel this time of year.
I really miss that feeling, and always boot up my 360 and my copy of NCAA 14 right around mid-July to remember those days which now seem so long ago. It's crazy to think how much joy that always gave me, and how sad it leaves me feeling now that those days are gone. I'm probably not alone in this, but I suspect we all have a slightly different relationship between the games, the sports, the seasons, etc.
It's great to see there are so many here still playing (and also that EA will be coming out with a new version in a few years if I understand things correctly), but there's just something about the '03 - '14 years/games that I always remember fondly...thanks for all of the memories!
