Stuck in the bullpen menu

Not sure if this is a new bug following patch 11 but my reliever was being smashed all over the place, I click to go to the bullpen, see the message pop up about there’d already been a mound visit before getting into the bullpen menu.

Unfortunately I was stuck there! All I could do was change which state my pitchers were in with no option to put them in the game. Couldn’t exit. Had to restart MLB the show.

Anyone encountered this?

Same exact thing happened to me twice yesterday. I just assume somebody will report it, and it will get resolved?

same thing, late in the game online ranked, im stuck in the bullpen end up having to close mlb and forfeit the game. is this a new bug? not sure as i havent had this happen before.

Unfortunately a new bug with latest patch. If you don't already I would recommend turning off warm up reliever option. That way you can still mound visit and not worry about going to bullpen to warm up someone and be forced to put in a new pitcher.

Good idea. Definitely a new bug. Odd thing is it doesn't happen every time.

Use the pause button instead of the DPad.

I've lost 2 games due to this. I think they actually closed a loophole where you go to the Pen, forgot to warm reliever up, start to warm up, put him on the mound then call timeout to let him warm up further.

Getting stuck I'm sure wasn't the planned result.

The warm up pitcher option does not relate to warming them up in the bullpen. It only refers to getting 8 warm up tosses when a relief ever first comes into the game.
