For me it would be separate reversal buttons for strikes, grapples and finishers, a la the old AKI games.

It continually amazes me that with all this new tech they can't get the little things correct. It's just upsetting! But what they need to "steal" are:

Bring back 2-button reversals
Return custom championship entrances
Bring back button mash pin reversal (Pin meter is toilet water)
Manual targeting from SVR '06
Fire Pro AI logic as stated in the video

It's just completely criminal that wrestling games today come in the state that they do.
