BUG: Rosters Not Downloading From Vault (Diff Issues On Diff Platforms)

There is no "Bug Reporting" sticky for 21 yet.

I have The Show on Xbox One X , and I cannot download any rosters from the vault ,esp the "Opening day no inj./bias over, that as of this morning has 827 downloads. When I try to download it spins for a second or two then kicks me out of the game and back to the xbox menu

Actually all the rosters in the vault do that to me. I can download players , just not any of the rosters

I was able to download that roster on the PS4 version but couldn't on the PS5 version.

Even when you download them they don’t load it always loads the default roster

I am wondering if the cross platform is not enabled yet.

Here is my thinking:

As of last night on the PS5, there were 8 pages or so of rosters and everyone had a PS symbol next to it. I wonder if that the vaults aren't cross connected until release if it is causing an issue with roster downloads.

I know that players and stuff are downloading ok, just throwing ideas out there.

That makes total sense and I hope it's the issue.

Well I just checked the vault really quick now, it’s a few minutes past 12 so the game is out for everyone now. It’s still not fixed, so it’s almost definitely a bug they have to patch. Hopefully they’ll have a patch in the morning or afternoon for full release day. You’d think they would want to avoid putting the game out to everyone with the roster vault broken for a lot of players.

If this were a DD issue they’d be all over it haha.
