Where are the packs/bonuses?

I can't find em under stubs or anywhere else.

You usually have to go to the store to redeem the packs and such. That said there are a lot of similar complaints on The Show Nation and Reddit.

Go into Diamond Dynasty, packs can be found in your inventory.

When I went on at midnight my ish was not there. However, after I turned the app off and went back in, I got pinged for all my bonuses etc.

I had to go into the buy packs screen and was able to redeem them there.

Cbrev was saying his showed up in the buy stubs screen.

It was definitely a bit confusing.

I preordered the standard game so should've gotten 10 Show packs but haven't gotten em. I did get the 5K stubs and gold card for playing the beta. Anyone know what to do?

Did you go into the buy packs section? I had to redeem mine there for some reason. Other people have said they had to go into the buy stubs section.

Yep. I've gone to both multiple times as well as rebooted the game. Still nothing.
