i have posted this on the HC reddit page, but thought why not post this over here as well. So here is my Raiders career story.

Post 1: An Oakland Raiders career, Jamarcus or bust!

As HC Lane Kiffin, i will rebuild the Al Davis owned Oakland Raiders, while remaining loyal to quarterback & former nr. 1 overall pick Jamarcus Russell.

All the talent in the world, but no learning ability or awareness, and a $60 million contract.... It will be a tough road to win with Jamarcus Russell at QB

To make matters worse, the Raiders are in cap hell. Al Davis has been in "win now mode" since the 2002 SB loss, and spend $$$$ on average players going 19-61 in between.

HC Lane Kiffin returns after a 4-12 2007, with Rob Ryan as DC. With Jamarcus Russell at QB, the Raiders will look to win by a time consuming run game & a defense that has to create turnovers.

I will be posting every now and then when i progress during my career, and update on both strategy/vision on how i plan to rebuild the Raiders, but also game updates, trades etc.

Always open for suggestions.

Ps i know there is a dynastie stories subforum but i think most Head coach fans will be in this forum. If this isn't ok mods just remove this post.

Good luck! I try to keep my dynasties in the HC forum so they stay where people who like HC will see it as opposed to buried in the multi-sport dynasty forum. As a lifelong Raiders fan, I've had so much time to think about where they went wrong in real life! LOL! My Raiders/Russell dynasty has always been one of my favorites in HC over the years but I've never thought of keeping Kiffin.
