Recreating abandoned OD roster using editor

I know online dynasty rosters cannot be accessed, However due to the coach xp glitch, we need to restart.

Question:

1) if I download a save, and retire the dynasty, can I create an offline dynasty from the save, and then export the roster from the offline dynasty using the db editor?



I'd then import the 9 user teams into another roster file, to try and bypass whatever caused the coach xp glitch, and create a new OD with that file.
