Howdy all, I was looking through my CFM team and stumbled across personality traits under the ratings tab.

I have somehow never noticed these before. I have seen Leader, Spontaneous, Team Player, Charismatic.

Anyone have any definitive information on these?

To my knowledge, I believe the personality rating has to do with owner mode for jersey and merchandise sales. I think that's the extent of it.

There's been a few theories I've seen is that it affects contract negotiations as well on if a player will resign. But it's all conjecture.

I've also noticed more times than not that generated players w/ 'Leader' tend to be favored for team captains of CPU controlled teams
