In MyNBA, AD decided he wasn't going to play for two games. I checked, no injuries, no issues, and he was in the reserve slot on my coaching gameplay minutes list. Swapped his minutes out and made him a starter again, to no avail. Once I started the game he was in the reserve slot. Whatever. Now that I know, later down the line, I tried to rest him in a non-consequential game, so he won't rest during a game I need him. Nope, can't do that either. He plays when I tell him to sit. Thought this was 2K, but apparently, it's EA Sports, it's in the game.

Did you adjust his minutes in the global gameplan or in the gameplan for the team you were playing against? Because 2K uses the team-specific gameplan so if hes in the lineup for the global gameplan but not for the *insert team* gameplan, he wont play against that team.
