Taking a poll did you get a PS5?

I can't find one anywhere for a respectable cost?

My wife said it was my anniversary gift. That was September 2020.

I managed to snag a digital on an Amazon drop the Monday after Christmas. They dropped the disc version probably 30 min before that but I wasn't able to get one I had sneaky suspicion they would do the digital afterwards so I hung around and I was right.

I would follow GYX deals and Jake Randall on Twitter if you don't already. They tweet the minute anything drops. They'll let you know when the que goes up on sony direct also.

My wife and I pretty much kept the NowInStock website open all day everyday after launch, and I checked Wario64 on Twitter regularly until I lucked into a GameStop bundle offering the week before Christmas with a post January 1st delivery (also grabbed a Series X the same day). Had tons of close calls and annoyances, still don't know how I lucked into them.

Took a loss on two copies of NBA2K1 that I traded in, but will play Valhalla and already beat Miles Morales, and have a second controller for each system. Didn't feel the bundle was too terribly wasted.

I waited 2.5 hours in line at Gamestop on December 12th and was the 2nd to last person to secure one. Got to my doorstep 12 days later on Christmas Eve.

I got 2 disc versions from Wal-Mart the day the internet went nuts when the pre orders started happening. Wal-Mart actually let you buy 2 at once, at least that day they did. I did not sell either one, one was for me, the other for my son for Christmas. Luckily I also added a couple controller chargers as those were also hard to find in the coming weeks.

Got a ps5 on launch day from preorder back when preorders went up on Best Buy. I had a lot of issues with the system it froze/turned its self of/kicked me back to the main menu like 15 times in the first 3 weeks. I was able to bring it back to the store and replace it for a new one has the store said they had like 3-4 saved just in case people had issues with there system. In the now like 2 months with the second system I have not had 1 freeze/turn of/kicked me to main menu.
