Changing Recruit Names

Greetings!

Currently, for my dynasties, I use a random name generator to change the names of recruits, especially when they're particularly awful. I'm becoming increasingly more dissatisfied with this method, mostly because I feel like I'm starting to see a lot of the same names. I was just curious what other people do for getting "custom" recruit names. Thanks!

Someone created a tool for the Dynasty Editor that customizes names and tries to get them to match ethnicity-wise based. It even added names that end in Jr., Sr., II, III, were hyphenated, and more.

I have a spreadsheet with 4 or 5 years of names of entire rosters. I export the recruits from my Dynasty file and then update their names and face codes based on random number assignment against the list of names the past several years of rosters.
